Our Partners
Together with our partners, we are building a strong community that supports the young people living in our homes. Click on each partner type to find out more.
Youth Support Partners
The young people we support are referred to us by one of our partner charities. Together, we walk alongside them until a suitable longterm home is found. This partnership enables us to provide the most holistic and effective support possible.
New Horizon Youth Centre
New Horizon Youth Centre is a charity for 18-24 year olds experiencing homelessness in London. We provide support for young people to move from crisis and into independence. At our day centre we provide food, showers, laundry and housing advice and support. We also deliver mental and physical health support, youth work activities, and jobs, education and training support.
Housing Justice
Housing Justice is a UK-based Christian homelessness charity that brings together communities and finds solutions to homelessness by building personal connections, a sense of belonging, and creating justice in the housing system. We work together with their Migrant Homelessness Hosting project.
Property Partners
We are deeply grateful to our property partners, who share our vision and lease us a home where we can create community centred, supportive spaces for young people.
The Jericho Trust
The Jericho Trust is a UK registered charity primarily focused on the provision and maintenance of social housing. Its work centres on ensuring access to affordable housing and managing charitable resources to support this purpose.
Highway One Trust
Highway One Trust supports organisations working on longterm, often challenging social issues rather than short term or highprofile interventions. As part of this commitment, they have invested in a property which they lease to us, enabling our shared vision of creating affordable, stable homes for young adults in housing need.
Brewers, a long-established UK supplier of paint and decorating materials with a strong commitment to supporting communities, is generously donating all the paint needed for the renovation of Thames Works.
