Our homes are welcoming places where young people can feel safe, supported, and part of a genuine community. We create environments where belonging is nurtured, relationships are built, and everyone has the space to grow and thrive together.
Youth Community Home
The Youth Community Home offers seven emergency and temporary accommodation in a community setting. A host family and two living-in volunteers are caring and looking after the young people.
Thames Works
We are currently preparing to begin the building work that will create a stepping-stone accommodation for young people as they transition toward fully independent living.
